Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Our online first aid learning is provided free as part of the First Aid for All Project. You can complete the learning at your own pace and revisit the modules whenever you need. If you require NZQA standard certification a practical assessment session and assessment fee will apply.
Our free online learning can be completed at your own pace, and you can revisit the modules as often as you need. Please allow at least 8 hours to complete the New Zealand First Aid Certificate course, or at least 4 hours for Revalidation online learning.

Yes. If you would like formal NZQA first aid certification, you can complete a practical assessment session after finishing the online learning.
