
Heart attack pain is often described as tight, crushing, gripping, or vice-like.
Remember:
- Symptoms vary greatly
- A person may have many, one, or none of these signs
Other indicators include:
- pale or grey skin
- sweating
- nausea
- breathlessness
- dizziness
- fear or anxiety
If symptoms are concerning, worsening, or last more than 10–15 minutes, call 111 immediately.
