
If unconscious:
- Place in recovery position
- Check breathing
Do NOT give food or drink.
If recovered, provide longer-acting carbohydrate (e.g., bread, fruit, yoghurt — not diet varieties).
Do not interfere with insulin pumps.
Glucagon may be administered by a trained family member as per the person’s management plan.
