….. suitable equipment to manage cuts, scratches, puncture wounds, abrasions and splinters. Additional equipment should also be present to cover soft tissue injury, minor burns, fractures and shock. Sealable plastic bags should be included for the safe disposal of contaminated equipment. A resuscitation face shield and protective gloves should also be an essential component of any basic first aid kit.
