There are still no apparent dangers present (remember to keep checking for them throughout the medical emergency).
As soon as no response is established send for help, ask one of the onlookers to call 111 and request an ambulance (check out tips about calling for help #8 to #15). In addition to requesting someone call for help asks for the nearest defibrillator to be sourced. Ask for it to be bought to the scene.
