Firstly position the person’s arm nearest you straight up
Next bend the person’s knee furthest away from you
Next place the person’s hand of the furthest arm on their ear nearest you and hold that hand in place
Now take your other hand and grasp the top of the person’s bent knee and pull the knee towards you allowing the body to naturally follow onto the side position
Monitor their condition at all times as this can change in an instance.
REMEMBER: We only move a person when life is in danger or you have to leave a person to treat others or to call 111!
