Taking time to volunteer out at your local charity organisation can be very uplifting. It is a very busy time of the year for them preparing Christmas festivities for our homeless and lower income communities.
Connecting with others is rewarding; it makes us feel we’re are not alone in the world ????- (Jonah Berger)
