For someone that is unwell we can ask…have you had this before?….do you have a medical condition?…do you take any medication for this?
If someone is unconscious then looking around for signs of if they have fallen, looking for a medical alert bracelet, as this can speak for them.
All this information is very important and should be passed on to the emergency services.
