Early Defibrillation is the fourth and weakest link in the Chain of Survival. Accessing a defibrillator in a medical emergency in the community is not always easy. Public access is improving as you may notice machines appearing in Malls, takeaways and sports clubs. However, we still have a long way to go, and obtaining access to the machines 24/7 is more of a challenge. Below are a couple of examples of how redundant phone boxes in the UK have been utilised.
